Innovative Interventions is a well-established private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana that is seeking self-motivated, reliable Master’s Level Therapists who are eager to provide high quality evidence-based mental health counseling to adults, adolescents and/or children through home-based counseling. We are seeking full time therapists as well as part-time therapists (working 20-35 hours per week). Must possess a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work. Licensed (LMHC, LMFT, and LCSW) or License-eligible preferred.

Since 2006, Innovative Interventions has helped more than 50 therapists enter the private practice field. Through Innovative Interventions, our therapists provide counseling services, including Psychotherapy, Family Therapy and Couples Counseling, to adults, adolescents, children, and/or families in the Indianapolis and surrounding communities. Our practice provides referrals to our therapists to build their own client caseload. All therapists set their own work hours/ work schedule and meet weekly for supervision with our licensed Clinical Psychologist. This is an ideal opportunity for Master’s level graduates looking for high quality supervision required to obtain post-graduate hours prior to licensure completion. Income potential is based solely on the number of clients that therapist works with on a daily/weekly basis.
